What is The Anand Agency?
My name is Harsahej Anand, and I’m the founder of TheAnandAgency. This agency comes from a deeply personal place. As the first Sikh model to represent global brands like ASICS and New Balance, and having starred in a Nike running campaign and modeled for Apple, I’ve been fortunate to see my face on posters and screens worldwide. But every time I saw those campaigns, something didn’t sit right. It felt self-centered, like the spotlight was on me when my real goal was always bigger. I wanted to amplify underrepresented voices and normalize seeing people from communities like mine thriving in fashion, entertainment, and digital media. That’s why I started TheAnandAgency: to build a platform that lifts entire communities, not just one face.
I’ve seen how hard it is to break into this space without a blueprint, especially for people who have been historically excluded. My agency is here to change that, helping creatives land real opportunities and bring their stories forward. We’re building a tight, intentional roster of talent, whether they’re in front of the camera, behind it, or shaping digital storytelling. We also work with mission-driven startups and brands that share our values, helping them grow through short-form content that connects. My vision is to make diversity the norm and empower the next wave of creators and founders to take up space without asking for permission.
